Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of products, services, and applications provided by Krishang Growth School Private Limited, owned by Sonal Wadhwa (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including but not limited to the Money Reset mobile application, website, and any associated content (collectively referred to as the “Product”).

By accessing or using the Product, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Product.

1. Use of the Product

The Product is designed to support emotional regulation around money using tools such as EFT tapping and guided audio sessions.

You agree to use the Product only for personal, non-commercial purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not misuse the Product, attempt to disrupt its functionality, or use it in any way that violates applicable laws.

2. No Financial or Professional Advice

The Product does not provide financial, investment, legal, or professional advice.

All content is intended for emotional and educational purposes only. You are solely responsible for any financial decisions you make.

3. Subscription and Payments

Some features of the Product require a paid subscription.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:

• Payment will be charged to your iTunes or Google account at confirmation of purchase.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

• You can manage or turn off auto-renewal in your account settings after purchase.

• No refunds will be provided for unused portions of the subscription period, except where required by law.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Any pricing changes will apply to future billing cycles.

4. Grant of License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Product for personal use, subject to these Terms.

This license does not grant you ownership of the Product or any of its content.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within the Product, including but not limited to audio recordings, scripts, designs, logos, trademarks, and materials, is the intellectual property of Krishang Growth School Private Limited / Sonal Wadhwa or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree that:

• You will provide accurate information when creating an account

• You will keep your login credentials secure

• You are responsible for all activity under your account

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Product at any time, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Product will immediately cease.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Product.

Your use of the Product is at your own risk.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Krishang Growth School Private Limited, Sonal Wadhwa, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Product or violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications to the Product

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Product at any time without prior notice.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Product after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

13. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Krishang Growth School Private Limited / Sonal Wadhwa regarding the use of the Product.
